HV Score now gives more weight to recent performance

Strong early history can no longer hide a weak recent year in the performance part of the HV Score.

• The yearly component now uses the trailing 365-day return instead of lifetime annualized return (lifetime is used only for vaults younger than a year).
• Performance weights shifted toward recent windows: 30D 20%, 90D 35%, 180D 30%, trailing 1Y 15%.
• All vault scores were recalculated.
