Risk Score no longer penalizes being in a drawdown right now

Risk Score is now purely historical: volatility, maximum drawdown, worst day and worst week. Current drawdown moved out of Risk — the live state is already reflected in Vault Health and Copyability.

• Previously current drawdown had a 20% weight in Risk, so a vault with a calm history but an active dip scored as riskier than a vault with a worse history sitting at its high.
• New weights: annualized volatility 35%, maximum drawdown 35%, worst day 15%, worst week 15%.
• Current drawdown still matters where it belongs: Vault Health and Copyability react to the live state.
• All vault scores were recalculated.
